Instructions for Use:

1. Peel apart the sterile package.
2. Hold the handle and place the swab into the mouth or target area for sampling.
3. Rotate gently 3-5 times to collect the sample, and then carefully remove.
4. Place the swab into the sample collection tube, break it at the designated breakpoint (93050P), and store the sample to complete the process.
