SPECIMEN COLLECTIONS
Collect the throat culture by rubbing the sterile swab tip on the surface of one or both tonsils, the tonsillar pillars, or the posterior pharyngeal wall.

Why use a flocked swab to collect cell samples?
Flocked swabs are an ideal way to collect a large number of cells.
Rapid dissolution of the specimen will immediately release the cells into the cell and transport medium.
It is approved and produced by the diagnostic swab test kit manufacturer.
Molecular genetics, forensic medicine, clinical laboratory.
1. rapid automatic elution
2. Improve sample collection
3. Molding breakpoint design of swab handle
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Liquid secretions are rapidly absorbed between the perpendicular fibres by capillary action.
Step 2: Rotate the swab two to three times and hold the swab in place for 5 seconds to ensure maximum absorbency.
Strongcapillary hydraulics between the strands of Nylon maximizes liquid sample collection.
Step 3: Put the flocked swab in the transport medium and break the shaft at the painted breakpoint.
Sample elutes automatically and rapidly because it is held very close to the surface in a totally open structure.
Unlike traditional swabs made with materials that can trap the specimen, flocked swabs use a thin absorbent layer of Nylon fibres with no internal core, allowing greater sample uptake and release.
