Our product is a virus sampling kit composed of a preservation tube (with viral transport medium), a sampling flocked swab and a biosafety bag. It is suitable for nucleic acid extraction and later virus isolation of various influenza viruses, avian influenza viruses, coronaviruses, hand, foot and mouth, rubella and other virus samples. It is also applicable to the collection and transportation of Chlamydia, mycoplasma, Ureaplasma urealyticum and other specimens. Specimens are usually collected from the mouth, throat, nasopharynx, anus and other parts of the human body.

★ throat flocked swab: we recommend the use of flocking swab (or polyester cotton head).
★ sampling tube: medical polypropylene material, high temperature resistance (121 ℃), low temperature (- 80 ℃), static extrusion and dynamic impact resistance. Conical design at the bottom, resistant to centrifugation and vibration. Built in glass beads to facilitate sample elution. The integral according to the sampling tube volume is 10ml and 5ml.
★ classification of sample preservation solution（VTM）:
Non inactivated type: built in 2-3ml UTM(Universal Viral Transport medium) solution, pink transparent liquid, preservation solution formula suitable for virus preservation, which can maintain the activity of virus in a wide temperature range and try to maintain the originality of the sample. Without lysate, it can maintain the activity and integrity of pathogens and can be used for virus culture and isolation.
Inactivated type: nucleic acid extraction lysate, improved virus lysate preservation solution.The inactivated type contains a high concentration of cleavage salt, which can quickly and efficiently inactivate the viral protein of the sample to be tested.We can detect nucleic acid by RT-PCR to judge whether the sample contains virus characteristic nucleic acid. It contains cleaved nucleic acid substances, so as to detect nucleic acid by RT-PCR, so as to judge whether the sample contains virus characteristic nucleic acid.
★ biosafety bag: we can place the sampling tube containing virus samples in the biosafety bag for storage and transportation。
★ packaging method: the virus sampling kit adopts international paper plastic or blister packaging, and is sterile after sterilization.
