Collection principle: The saliva collector collects saliva samples secreted from the oral cavity and mixes the collected saliva and saliva preservation fluid evenly to ensure the integrity of the DNA in the saliva samples and long-term storage at room temperature.

Collection method:

(1) . 30 minutes before collecting the sample, you must rinse your mouth with water and fast after gargling.

(2) . Massage the cheeks in a relaxed manner and spit saliva into the funnel until the amount of saliva (without air bubbles) reaches the height of the saliva filling line.

(3). Make sure the sampling tube is in an upright position, a one-handed tube for mixing with saliva.

(4) . Remove the funnel and fasten the sampling tube firmly with the sampling tube cover.

(5). Stir the fastened sampling tube up and down reversely 10 to 15 times, put it in the packaging bag, and throw away the funnel.
